C-HYDRO was
born from the experience of Coupè Design and Hydro
Systems Group combining decades of engineering, hydraulics
and composite construction experience.
All projects are completely
re-designed to further enhance customer's requirements.
All projects are developed by 3D
simulation, each part of the structures is optimized by FE
Analysis, hydraulic & electric systems are every time designed to better
fulfill projects needs.
Structure is made with carbon
pre-preg technology, with extensive use of IMC unidirectionals,
and cured in autoclave at high temperature.
Fittings are made
of stainless steel and B14, unless other requirements are
done, cad/cam machined and tested by our quality control
department.
Hydraulic and electric systems are completely built in-house.
Such sophisticated construction allow us to obtain stiffer
and lighter objects and to customize them following customer requirements.
